6/19/2004 - Intercooler Ducting

To improve both charge air cooling by the intercooler and engine cooling capacity, I am making a serious effort to direct all air coming into the front grill through the intercooler and radiator. Most air will be forced through the intercooler. Some air will bypass the intercooler.

I had some tabs welded onto the top and bottom of the intercooler to attach the light aluminum sheet metal to. The rest of the evening was spend making cardboard templates.
